The true thin base pizza slice is the first for the airline & travel industry. We do not want to revolutionize the hot snack market but we want that passengers can ENJOY the best quality pizza, just the way they are used to eating pizza from their favourite pizzeria. Our unique thin base pizza is made using extra virgin olive oil, durum and semolina flour, plum tomatoes and the finest mozzarella cheese topping.  The pizza dough is carefully proofed and worked using artisan techniques then baked directly in stone ovens. The result a mouth-watering pizza slice, experience the real Italian pizza slice  at 35.000 feet.

The varieties include: Pizza Margherita, Pizza Vegetariana, Pizza 4 Cheese and Pizza with Italian Salami.

All our artisan pizza snack products are made with naturally leavened pizza dough and are cooked directly on special baking stones. All our authentic bakery & sandwich snacks are produced respecting the oldest traditions and recipes, using the simplest ingredients, all 0 km, that are carefully selected from our trusted local suppliers. A good pizza is not made following the processes or systematic procedures. It is a way of life, cultural culinary heritage, techniques that are passed down from generations of our pizza masters known as pizzaioli that believe with passion in this lifetime profession.
