The golden ale beers of Tuscia

Near Rome, the Tuscia region is a historical place that offers spectacular archaeological and medieval sights inside a rich land mostly of tuff. This nature shows ancient villages and is characterized by inactive volcanos actually lakes, but also forests, thermal and natural effervescent waters. In this scenario rises its typical artisan production. From finest organic farmed saffron is born our beer of Tuscia, through the singular recipe signed by the Group Soi. The exclusive formula realized in a local brewery makes extraordinary the Golden Ale, with a pleasant, balanced, and cool taste due to a double saffron infusion. Actually, it is distributed into two versions, called Il Cascinone and the pub version Maltosia, both suitable for every palate and situation such like enjoyable breaks, together or alone.

Because of the positive feedback obtained by the first two versions of beer, the Group Soi has launched its last delight: the Triple A.P.A.. This red beer has got a seductive scent of fruity fragrances made of ginger roots, pink peppers, and wild fennel seeds, which induce the fermentation towards a typically strong flavour and a long-lasting slightly bitter aftertaste. The Italian creativity meets the special ingredients of history and magic local experiences, never-ending resources for the next taste adventures.
